Then, before you know it, you would rather opt for something more casual and hit a café for a panini. Or maybe you’re at the beach, thirsting for a refreshing drink while hanging out in your swimsuit. Satisfy your diverse cravings with our eight distinct dining venues. Let’s explore what makes each of these restaurants a unique and special part of your experience at Resorts World Bimini.
Lobby Raw Bar
This is the perfect stop to get your raw on! This sophisticated and sleek bar was made to serve the freshest raw seafood staples Bimini has to offer. If you are craving a little bit of everything and have an appetite to spare, then the Seafood Platter For Two will definitely hit the spot. You’ll be able to savor the entire menu with this dish. It comes with main lobster cocktail, jumbo shrimp, oyster, tuna tartare, and Florida stone crab claw to satisfy all your cravings. Our dishes are served with a tangy house-made cocktail sauce that brings out the flavor of each meal. No raw bar experience is complete without pairing your seafood with one of our handmade craft cocktails or wine by the glass. Our Agua Fresca specialty cocktail will leave you refreshed with its crisp cucumber, mint, and lemon taste mixed in with the zesty flavor of Sauvignon Blanc and the subtleness of a martini. The Lobby Raw Bar is a must for relaxation and refined dining.
Wake up in paradise and dive right into our upscale breakfast buffet served at The Tides. This restaurant offers daily breakfast and dinner menus. A must try is the Pan Seared Grouper, served with the island flavors of coconut fried rice, onion soubise, and perfectly marinated artichokes.
